Chris Lacy - 3rd Dan Ju Jitsu

Chris Lacy is the main instructor at The Defensive Edge and also the co-founder of London Ju Jitsu . He started studying Judo in 1976 and then Ju Jitsu in 1985 and therefore has over 30 years experience in martial arts. He achieved 3rd Dan in Ju Jitsu in December 2002 and has twice won the U. K. National Ju Jitsu Kumite Council championships, with also a runner up and third place to his credit. He has also studied at length other martial arts such as Karate and Kick Boxing.

In his other life he is an I. T. Consultant and has worked for several blue chip companies, including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Marsh Inc. He currently works for J.P. Morgan Cazenove.
